Wonderful accessible stay

The accessible room had comfortable profiling beds. Staff fixed a wobbly grabrail quickly. The service was EXCELLENT. The hotel welcomes dogs. There are designated areas for them. The changing places facility is state-of-the-art. It has amazing equipment.
The cleanliness in the room was not great, a slight disappointment.

I had meals in the Retreat each evening. The food was delicious. I reserved a table in the snug area. It was ideal for wheelchair access. I felt comfortable with enough space for everything.

The hotel reserved a parking space for us. This is a service provided for blue badge holders. There seemed to be many spaces available, just for normal parking! I really felt welcome at this facility.

The room was very comfortable and clean. i upgraded to a sea view room and it was worth it. the swimming pool was warm and the sun beds were comfortable. we also used the bike shed, a nice bonus (i really appreciated it). the staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

slow sinkearly noise
The room wasn't exactly super clean. i found a half-eaten cracker under the bed. That was a nice touch, i guess. also, the sink drained slower than a snail in molasses. Apparently, 8 am is the new sleep-in time.

i found the bed especially comfortable. the staff members were always helpful . the location worked well for accessing nearby areas. i liked the sea view and balcony.
The hot water took some time to come through the shower. Though, after that, it was hot.
